Sausage Party is a screenplay by Seth Rogan and the best way of describing the movie is that the movie literally is an insiders view of his brain. The movie is quirky and fun for people ages 16 years and older. The movie is an adventure comedy based in a fictional supermarket world where the food dream of getting out- into the real world. However, once out they realize that the real world is not so great as they find themselves fighting for their life from the threat of being eaten alive.
What makes the movie so great is that the food represent different personalities, genders and ethnicities. The supermarket setting really is a representation of the real world representing all the different cultures of cuisine in the movie just like a real supermarket. The puns and sexual innuendos throughout make the movie fun especially for those in their teens and early adult years. Its a light hearted film I'd recommend all to see and to not take too seriously. Overall I give it a 7.5/10
